An air conditioner system (1) comprises an air conditioner (10) and a remote control (20). The air conditioner (10) comprises a moveable infrared transmitter (15) that changes direction and sends an infrared signal (IS1), as a signal to request notification, multiple times. The remote control (20) comprises a notification unit (43) that notifies a user when the infrared signal (IS1) is received.
