Abstract:
This air conditioner system comprises: an air conditioner which has an infrared sensor having a drive actuator and capable of acquiring information relating to temperature in one place in a room, and a drive control unit that controls the drive actuator of the infrared sensor so as to acquire information relating to temperature in multiple places in the room; and a remote operation centralized management device that is connected to the air conditioner via a network. The air conditioner or the remote operation centralized management device has: a storage unit that stores the information relating to temperature in the multiple places in the room acquired by the infrared sensor controlled by the drive control unit; and a thermal image generation unit that generates a thermal image of the room on the basis of the information relating to temperature in the multiple places in the room as stored in the storage unit.
