Abstract:
An air conditioner (1) for a vehicle is provided with an air-heating switching unit (50a) for switches between a first air-heating mode in which blown air is heated in a heating-specific heat exchanger (41), and a second air-heating mode in which blown air is heated in a condenser (12). The air conditioner (1) for a vehicle is provided with a heat-exchange adjusting unit (80, 26, 27, 35B) for adjusting the amount of heat exchanged between blown air and a high-pressure refrigerant in the condenser (12), and a heat-exchange control unit (50b, 50c, 50d) for controlling the heat-exchange adjusting unit (80, 26, 27, 35B). When the air-heating switching unit (50a) switches from the first air-heating mode to the second air-heating mode, the heat-exchange control unit (50b, 50c, 50d) controls the heat-exchange adjusting unit (80, 26, 27, 35B) so that, upon the criterion being met that the refrigerant temperature of the condenser (12) be no greater than the temperature of blown air that has been heated by the heating-specific heat exchanger (41) but has not yet passed through the condenser (12), the amount of heat exchanged between the blown air and the high-pressure refrigerant in the condenser (12) decreases.
