Title:
AIR CONDITIONER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/031041
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In order to perform an energy-conserving operation while maintaining user comfort, this air conditioner is provided with: an indoor temperature detection unit (7) that detects the indoor temperature; a human body detection unit (4) that performs motion detection of human bodies; a remote control device (30) that sets a baseline indoor setting temperature; and a control unit (13) that, on the basis of information from the indoor temperature detection unit, the human body detection unit, and the remote control device, performs air conditioning control in a manner so that the indoor temperature becomes the baseline indoor setting temperature. When the amount of activity that is on the basis of the information detected by the human body detection unit is less than a predetermined amount of activity, indoor air conditioning control is performed with a corrected indoor setting temperature that corrects the baseline indoor setting temperature as the target setting temperature, and the corrected indoor setting temperature is set in a manner so as to repeatedly vary up and down within a predetermined range.
