Title:
AIR CONDITIONER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2013/031486
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In the present invention, when halting of operation is instructed during air conditioning operation, a control device (4) determines whether the operation is a cooling operation, a dehumidifying operation, a defrosting operation, or a post-defrosting operation heating operation. When in the midst of a cooling operation, a dehumidifying operation, or a defrosting operation, the control device (4) halts the air conditioning operation, and performs an internal drying operation. When in the midst of the post-defrosting operation heating operation, the control device (4) determines whether or not the internal drying operation is necessary by means of whether or not the heating operation time elapsed from the start of the heating operation until halting exceeds an operation baseline time. When the heating operation time is no greater than the operation baseline time, the internal drying operation is performed. When the heating operation time exceeds the operation baseline time, it is determined that the temperature of an indoor heat exchanger has risen to a temperature sufficient to vaporize adhered water, and so the internal drying operation is not performed. Consequently, when halting operation during the heating operation after having performed the defrosting operation, there ceases to be unneeded internal drying operations, and it is possible to increase air conditioner energy conservation.
