Abstract:
An air conditioner (1): is provided with a compressor (21), an outdoor heat exchanger (23), indoor heat exchangers (42a, 42b), and a refrigerant circuit (10) having a stored-heat heat exchanger (28) that exchanges heat between a refrigerant and a thermal storage material; and is capable of performing a heat storage operation during a heating operation, and performing a stored-heat utilization operation during a defrosting operation. Moreover, in the air conditioner (1), for the heat storage operation during the heating operation, if a heat storage cumulative time, which is the cumulative value for the time it takes the condensation temperature of the refrigerant to equal or exceed a heat storage termination condensation temperature, equals or exceeds a heat storage termination cumulative time, the heat storage operation is terminated, and after the heat storage operation has been terminated, a temperature maintenance operation for maintaining the temperature of the thermal storage material is performed while the heating operation is performed.
