Abstract:
An air conditioner that is capable of heating-defrosting operations with a specific parallelly-arranged heat exchanger from a plurality of parallelly-arranged heat exchangers being a condenser in the capacity of a heat exchanger to be defrosted and the other heat exchangers that are not to be defrosted operating as evaporators, wherein a liquid refrigerant transporting means for moving a liquid refrigerant from an accumulator to the heat exchanger to be defrosted is provided and the liquid refrigerant that is moved by the liquid refrigerant transporting means when performing heating-defrosting operations is supplied to the heat exchanger to be defrosted.
