Abstract:
Provided is an air conditioner which can enhance maintenance and repair by allowing the detachment of a fan without removing a guide member. The air conditioner comprises: a main body which has an opening formed on the lower part thereof; a ceiling panel which is provided on the lower part of the main body for covering the opening, and which has an air inlet for drawing in air and an air outlet for discharging air; a fan which is detachably installed in the main body through the opening, and which induces indoor air to be vertically drawn in through the air inlet and horizontally discharged; a heat-exchanger which is spaced apart from the fan in the radial direction of the fan, and which heat-exchanges the air discharged from the fan; and a guide member which is disposed between the fan and the heat exchanger and spaced apart from the fan in the radial direction of the fan, and which guides the air discharged from the fan towards the heat exchanger.
