Abstract:
Disclosed is an air conditioner capable of inducing air to flow in a desired direction and controlling the speed thereof, without ruining the design of the air conditioner. The air conditioner includes a ceiling-mounted indoor unit for suctioning room air from a suction port and simultaneously discharges the air into a room from an exhaust port, and comprises: a main flap provided so as to guide, in a set direction, the air discharged from the exhaust port; and a sub flap provided to guide the air in the set direction between the main flap and the sub flap, wherein the length of the main flap, which is in the flowing direction of the air, is longer than the length of the sub flap, which is in the flowing direction of the air.
