Abstract:
Disclosed is an air conditioner, which integrates, as one body, parts required for cooling so as to be easily installed and used in a room and improves cooling efficiency. The air conditioner according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: a condenser arranged in a case part and performing heat exchange between a refrigerant and cooling water; an expansion valve for vaporizing the refrigerant provided at the condenser; an evaporator for cooling the air, which is introduced into the case part, through the heat exchange using the refrigerant provided at the expansion valve; a compressor compressing the refrigerant provided from the evaporator and providing the same to the condenser; and a cooling water heat exchange part performing heat exchange between the refrigerant moving from the evaporator to the compressor and cooling water supplied from the outside such that the temperature of the cooling water supplied to the condenser is lowered so as to improve the cooling efficiency of the condenser, thereby providing cooled cooling water to the condenser.
