Abstract:
An air conditioner is provided with a blower device (1) and a heat exchange device (2). The blower device (1) has a centrifugal fan (11) and a first casing (13) provided with an intake opening (13a) and a discharge opening (13b). The heat exchange device (2) has a long heater element (21) and a second casing (22) provided with an introduction opening (22a) and an exhaust opening (22b). The second casing (22) is configured so that the flow of air introduced into the interior thereof via the introduction opening (22a) spreads out in the longitudinal direction of the heater element (21).
