Abstract:
An air-conditioning device having an outdoor unit 1 and an indoor unit 2, and comprising: a converter main circuit 8 for rectifying and smoothing an AC power supply 3, and generating DC voltage in a main circuit capacitor 12; an inverter main circuit 16 for converting the DC voltage generated by the main circuit capacitor 12 to AC voltage; a compressor motor 17 driven by the inverter main circuit 16; an outdoor fan 29; a fan motor 30 for rotationally driving the outdoor fan 29; and a microcomputer 26 for controlling the outdoor unit 1. When the outdoor unit 1 is in a standby power reduction mode and an outside breeze strikes the outdoor fan, causing the fan motor 30 to rotate and generate electricity, the microcomputer 26 does not allow the outdoor unit 1 to transition from the standby power reduction mode to an operation-stopped state.
