Abstract:
This air conditioner is provided with: a housing (11) in which an intake opening (11a) for taking in air is formed; an air delivery fan (15) contained in the housing and taking in air from the intake opening into the housing; an air filter (16) disposed at the intake opening of the housing; and a protective part (20) which is contained in an edge section of the intake section of the housing while a plurality of mutually connected plate-like members (21) are folded together, and which is extended to close the intake opening when the air filter is removed.
