Abstract:
Provided is an air conditioner configured to make a fan clean and to make the user more comfortable. This air conditioner is provided with an indoor heat exchanger, an indoor fan, a filter which is disposed near the indoor heat exchanger, a filter cleaning section which cleans the filter, and a fan cleaning section which cleans the indoor fan. The frequency of cleaning of the indoor fan by the fan cleaning section is lower than the frequency of cleaning of the filter by the filter cleaning section, or the time required for cleaning of the indoor fan by the fan cleaning section is less than the time required for cleaning of the filter by the filter cleaning section.
