Abstract:
The present application relates to the technical field of energy saving of air conditioners. Disclosed is an air conditioner. The air conditioner comprises: a compressor and a gas-liquid separator, wherein a gas output end of the gas-liquid separator is in communication with a gas return port of the compressor; and a thermoelectric conversion device, a cold end side of the thermoelectric conversion device being in contact with the compressor in a heat-conducting manner so as to absorb heat from the compressor, and a hot end side of the thermoelectric conversion device being in contact with the gas-liquid separator in a heat-conducting manner so as to discharge heat to the gas-liquid separator. In the air conditioner provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure, heat from the body of the compressor can be transferred to the gas-liquid separator by using the thermoelectric conversion device, so as to use the heat to increase the temperature of a refrigerant in the gas-liquid separator, such that the gas return temperature of the compressor can be effectively increased, and the compression effect of the compressor can be enhanced. By providing the thermoelectric conversion device, the heat transferred to an outer wall by the compressor can be recycled, and the utilization rate of waste heat can be improved.
