Abstract:

A modulation unit (21) modulates a voltage signal, which corresponds to inputted transmitting data, and outputs the signal as a voltage signal between a communication line (3) and a shared line (4). A demodulation unit (22) demodulates a voltage signal on the basis of a potential difference between the communication line (3) and the shared line (4), and outputs the signal as a demodulated signal. A connection unit (24) connects the communication line (3) and the shared line (4) to the modulation unit (21) and the demodulation unit (22) by means of a high withstand voltage capacitor that can withstand voltages up to a predetermined level. A control unit (25) receives, as receiving data, serial data that corresponds to the voltage signal demodulated by means of the demodulation unit (22), in the cases where the own address is included in the serial data, monitors the demodulated signal outputted from the demodulation unit (22), and in the cases where it is determined that signals are not transmitted in the communication line (3), the control unit outputs transmitting data that includes a destination address to the modulation unit (21).
