Title:
AIR CONDITIONING BLOWER CONTROL DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2017/154060
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
While air conditioning a room with an air conditioner, the air blows directly at a person and causes discomfort when an indoor blower directs the air flow toward the floor. Here, a conventional air conditioner controls the direction of air flow so that the air flow from the air conditioner is blown to a position where no one is present. However, because air that has been modified, such as by being heated, cooled or purified, for air conditioning is blown to where no one is present, the air is not being effectively used and this is inefficient. In the present invention, a fixed position where a person is located is set, and an indoor blower sets air flow conditions by detecting when the presence state of a person in the fixed position has changed to being absent. Thus, it is possible to suppresses the wasteful use of modified air that is continuously blown to locations where a person is not regularly present, as with conventional equipment, because a location to which air is blown when a person becomes absent is a set fixed position where a person is naturally present.
