The purpose of the present disclosure is to provide a humidifier-equipped air conditioning case and an air conditioning device which enable the size of the device to be reduced and pressure loss of conditioned air to be reduced. An air conditioning case (2) constituting an outer shell of an air conditioning device (1) for a vehicle comprises: a ventilation passage (10); a first passage (23, 71); a second passage (24, 72); and a housing part (26). The ventilation passage (10) is provided with a cooling device (4) and a heating device (5) provided in the air conditioning device (1). The first passage (23, 71) allows the air conditioned in the ventilation passage (10) to flow toward one side in the vehicle width direction. The second passage (24, 72) allows the air conditioned in the ventilation passage (10) to flow toward the other side in the vehicle width direction. The housing part (26) is provided between the first passage (23, 71) and the second passage (24, 72), and can house a moisture absorbent (6). Portions of the outer wall of the housing part (26) which face the first passage (23, 71) and the second passage (24, 72) constitute a guide wall (260) that guides the air flowing from the ventilation passage (10) to the first passage (23, 71) and the second passage (24, 72).
