This air-conditioning control device comprises a cooling occurrence storage unit that, if battery cooling is performed by means of the heat pump of an air-conditioning device, determines whether or not the operating state of the air-conditioning device matches a predetermined condition when starting the battery cooling. The cooling occurrence storage unit stores occurrences of battery cooling if the operating state of the air-conditioning device matches the predetermined condition. Thus, even if the air-conditioning device is brought in for inspection and repair due to a malfunction, it is possible to determine whether or not the reason for bringing in the air-conditioning device for inspection and repair is due to occurrences of battery cooling, by confirming whether or not the occurrences of battery cooling are stored. As a result, it is possible to avoid situations where the cause of the malfunction cannot be identified, leading to the need for considerable time and effort for inspection and repair. Even if battery cooling is performed using the heat pump of the air-conditioning device, it is possible to avoid a situation where the need for considerable time and effort for inspection and repair arises.
