Abstract:

Provided is an air conditioning control device (20) that acquires, from a portable terminal (10) via the internet (60), an audio signal for controlling air conditioners (outdoor units (40A), (40B) and indoor units (50A1), (50A2), (50B1), (50B2)). The air conditioning control device (20) identifies the air conditioner to be controlled according to the acquired audio signal. The air conditioning control device (20) generates a control command for executing, with respect to the identified air conditioner, the control according to the acquired audio signal. The air conditioning control device (20) transmits the control command generated to the identified air conditioner.
