Abstract:
A presence time calculation unit (34) calculates, for each air-conditioning area, total presence time indicating the cumulative total of presence time in which a user was present, and a representative presence time indicating a representative value for presence time. An application specification unit (35) specifies a first application if total presence time is greater than a first reference value, and representative presence time is greater than a second reference value, specifies a second application if the total presence time does not exceed the first reference value, and the representative presence time is greater than the second reference value, and specifies a third application if the total presence time does not exceed the first reference value, and the representative presence time does not exceed the second reference value. The air conditioner control unit (36) performs different control the air conditioners if the corresponding air-conditioning area is specified as a first application, is specified as a second application, or is specified as a third application.
