Abstract:
According to the present invention, on the basis of an image of users (U1, U2, U3) that has been captured by a camera (26), an estimation unit (66) estimates a thermal feel that indicates the degree to which the users (U1, U2, U3) are feeling heat or cold. On the basis of estimation results from the estimation unit (66), a control unit (14) controls the air-conditioning operations of an air-conditioning device (10) that air conditions a room that the users (U1, U2, U3) are in, the control being performed such that the thermal feel is within a target range. States and/or behaviors of the users (U1, U2, U3) that express the sensations of heat/cold of the users (U1, U2, U3) appear in the image, and the estimation unit (66) extracts the states and/or behaviors of the users (U1, U2, U3) from the image and thereby estimates the thermal feel.
