Abstract:
An air-conditioning control system that has: an air conditioner that supplies supplied air to the inside of a room; and a ventilation device that exchanges return air from the inside of the room and outside air. The air conditioner is connected in series to the ventilation device. Outside air from the ventilation device and return air from the inside of the room are supplied to the air conditioner. The air-conditioning control system comprises: an RA branched damper that adjusts the ratio of return air supplied to the air conditioner and return air supplied to the ventilation device; a specific malodorous substance sensor that detects the concentration of a specific malodorous substance; and a controller that, upon determining that the concentration of the specific malodorous substance as detected by the specific malodorous substance sensor is at or below a preset threshold value, runs the ventilation device and controls the RA branched damper such that return air equals supplied air minus outside air and, upon determining that the concentration of the specific malodorous substance as detected by the specific malodorous substance sensor is above the threshold value, stops the ventilation device and controls the RA branched damper such that all of the return air is supplied to the air conditioner.
