Abstract:

An air conditioning controller (1) comprises a communication unit (30) for communicating with an air conditioning device, an operation receiving unit (20) for receiving operations input by a user, a solar radiation impact determination unit (54), and an energy saving control unit (55). The solar radiation impact determination unit (54) determines whether the installation location of the air conditioning device is impacted by solar radiation on the basis of information, input by the user via the operation receiving unit (20), regarding the installation location of the air conditioning device. The energy saving control unit (55) controls the energy saving of the air conditioning device on the basis of the determination result of the solar radiation impact determination unit (54).
