Abstract:
An air conditioning controller (3) for controlling operation of an air conditioner comprises: a storage unit (15) that stores, for each user, voice print data, which is data representing the voice print of the user, and personal data, which is data representing user features; and a control unit (14) that compares, to the voice print data, voice data that is data for the voice of a user detected in an air conditioning area, which is an area subject to air conditioning control by the air conditioner, that presents a question based on the personal data when there is voice print data similar to the voice data, and that identifies the user in the air conditioning area on the basis of the answer acquired from the user in the air conditioning area.
