Abstract:
Provided for an air-conditioning device in which a plurality of grouped indoor units are controlled by separate remote controls is a method for feeding power to the remote controls without requiring a power feeding current monitoring circuit on the substrate of each indoor unit. In the air-conditioning device that is configured from a single outdoor unit (2) and a plurality of indoor units (1), the plurality of indoor units (1) are divided into two or more groups (10), and the indoor units (1) are connected to separate remote controls (3) for each group. An address ranked according to a predetermined rule is set for each of the indoor units (1), and the outdoor unit (2) instructs the indoor unit (1) with the first address among the plurality of indoor units (1) in each group (10) to feed power to the remote control (3).
