Abstract:
Provided are: an air conditioning device configured so that the amount of oil within a compressor can be maintained at an appropriate level to prevent the deterioration of efficiency caused by oil compression by the compressor; and an operation control device for the air conditioning device. The air conditioning device is provided with: a refrigerant circuit wherein a condenser, an expander, an evaporator, a compressor, and an oil separator are connected by piping; and an oil return circuit for returning oil from the oil separator to the compressor. The compressor has provided therein an oil concentration detection sensor for detecting an oil concentration. The oil return circuit is provided with a plurality of solenoid valves opened and closed in response to the oil concentration detected by the oil concentration detection sensor.
