Such units consume higher quantities of water as well as power due to the high pressure pumps and FERION pumps. In addition, the internal sections as separated (fans) inside the rooms, which is based on electronic strips to regulate its operation and requires additional external water tanks.
This invention vary from patent N° 3.635.046 which and obsolesce system based on the huge size and high water consumption rates because of the water tank, suction pump, water injection valves to the condenser in addition to high power consumption because it includes four pumping motors. In general this device indeed generates remarkable humidity. This device vary from patent N° 5.048.304 which depend on huge size, provision of separate, external cooled water tank, additional water tank and high power consumption. General Description of the invention:
In comparison to the disadvantages of the above mentioned devices, it is clear that the invention parallel with the previous devices regarding air cooling and conditioning, provide low power consumption device, saves up to 60% of power and depend on water cooling using l kW electrical power water cooling motor.
Moreover, the noise level is 25 db. The invention also uses water cooling inside the cylindrical tank and in such manner avoids the disadvantages of the above mentioned devices.
This invention consist of thermally insulated cylindrical water cooling tank, wrapped pipes which can be made of cupper, aluminum or stainless steel or even rust inhabitant galvanized steel (stainless steel is preferable) to enhance air cooling inside the compartment and through air filter.
This device provides the intended air for cooling a specific percentage of moisture which eliminates the dry air. The devise feature low noise level and has no health related problems. This device saves energy because it uses water cooling motor and pump rather FEREON pumping which consumes power and generates noises.
This invention features unique advantages unavailable in other units except AC unit. From this stand point, protection elements were constructed which is unique. In more details, the AC unit, the subject matter of current invention basically consists of rectangular shape (external) (Fig. 1 ) which houses external plate (2) with air filter that filters the required air and vary its temperature or cool it. The rectangular open upward on hinges (35) for easy maintenance.

Motor fan ( 13) is fixed on base ( 14) which in turn fixed to the AC structure from the base and the shaft (24), air distribution blades ( 17) to move and blow the relatively hot air
around the motor (12) and flow through the pipes wraps ( 1 8) to gain the low temperature and expelled from the unit backside. The cooling tank ( 10) cools the water due to the cooling pipes (21 ), insulated by thermal insulation (23) that maintain the cooled water temperature. The thermal insulation is wrapped around the cylindrical structure (22).
Thermostat (20) is then fixed inside the cylindrical structure to separate the motor operation ( 12) when required cooling temperature is achieved needed to cool the water inside the tank ( 10).
It is required to fix the cooling motor (1 2) on the anti-vibrator ( 1 5) absorb the motion and vibration of the cooling motor ( 1 2) and reduces noise level when cooling motor is started ( 12).
Connect oil and gas filter ( 19) to purify any impurities in the cooling circuit.
After having completed the above cooling circuit, throughout the referenced pipes, the cylinder air blow fan (26) fixed to motor (24) which in turn fixed to the insulated barrier (24) blow the cooled air through front opening (3) which have blades for routing the air.
Motor can be filled and charges ( 12) through FERON valve (27). Water can be noticed through (29) and re-filed through (28).
For heating, heater is initiated (34).
It is clear based on the operation and use of the invention that we have a device that features advantages that were not available in similar units and provide healthy cooled air with lower power consumption, lower noise levels. Easy to use and easy mobility and economy. There is not additional explanation related to operation and use of the current device.
