　An air conditioning device for a vehicle of the present invention is provided with: an adjusting unit (60b) for a heat exchanger, the adjusting unit (60b) adjusting the flow rate of a heating medium and/or external air flowing through a heating medium/external air heat exchanger (13) such that a temperature relating to a surface temperature (TC) of a heat exchanger (16) for cooling air approaches a first target temperature (TCO); and a refrigerant flow rate adjusting unit (60d) for adjusting the flow rate of a refrigerant being discharged from a pressurizer (22) such that a temperature relating to a temperature (TAV) of ventilated air, blown to the interior of a vehicle after the temperature thereof is adjusted in the heat exchanger (16) for cooling air and/or a heat exchanger (17) for heating air, approaches a second target value (TAO). The surface temperature of the heating medium/external air heat exchanger (13) and the temperature of ventilated air blown into the interior of the vehicle can thus be appropriately controlled.
