Abstract:

This air-conditioning device comprises a refrigerant circulation circuit A which is configured of a compressor 10, a first refrigerant flow path switching device 11, a heat-source-side heat exchanger 12, a throttle device 16, the refrigerant flow path of an inter-heat-medium heat exchanger 15, and a second refrigerant flow path switching device 18 all being connected by a refrigerant pipe 4 and circulates a refrigerant therethrough. The air-conditioning device also comprises a heat carrier circulation circuit B which is configured of the heat carrier flow path of the inter-heat-medium heat exchanger 15, a branching unit 40, and a use-side heat exchanger 26 being connected by a heat carrier pipe 5 and circulates a heat carrier different from the refrigerant therethrough. An outdoor unit 1 and a heat carrier converter 3 constituting the refrigerant circulation circuit A are configured separately from the branching unit 40 and an indoor unit 2, and can be installed in a space separated from the space to be air-conditioned.
