Abstract:
In order to ensure the oil concentration in a compressor under circumstances where thermo-off conditions are met, this air-conditioning device is equipped with: a refrigerant circuit which is configured by a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an expansion valve, and an outdoor heat exchanger being connected by a refrigerant pipe so as to circulate a refrigerant therethrough; and a control device which controls the operational state of the compressor. The control device estimates the oil concentration in the interior of the compressor from the temperature of the gas refrigerant discharged from the compressor and the pressure of the discharged gas refrigerant. If the oil concentration falls below an oil concentration reference value, the control device maintains the compressor in operation even if thermo-off conditions are met.
