Abstract:
An air-conditioning device comprising a compressor, an evaporator, a condenser, and a pump, wherein the compressor, condenser, pump, and evaporator are connected in sequence by means of piping. The air-conditioning device is capable of switching between a compression cycle in which refrigerant circulates through the compressor, the condenser, and the evaporator, and a pump cycle in which refrigerant circulates through the pump, the evaporator, and the condenser. An outlet pipe connected to an outlet side of the evaporator branches into a suction pipe connected to a suction side of the compressor, and a bypass pipe that bypasses the compressor and converges with a discharge pipe connected to a discharge side of the compressor. At least a portion of the suction pipe is positioned above the branch part where the outlet pipe branches into the suction pipe and the bypass pipe.
