Abstract:

This air-conditioning device (1) is provided with: a communication means for receiving a wireless signal from a portable terminal (5); a sensor for detecting detailed information including information that indicates the presence of a person in a detecting target zone (α) in which the presence of a person is to be detected; and a control means for causing the sensor to start a process for detecting detailed information and perform the control of an air-conditioning operation on the basis of the detailed information detected by the sensor when the communication means has received a wireless signal having a radio wave intensity of at least a predetermined radio wave intensity and when the sensor stops the process for detecting the detailed information.
