Abstract:
In this air conditioning device, a control unit (40) of a power conversion device (10) controls a switching operation so that an input current (is) to the power conversion device (10) has a non-conducting period. The control unit (40) controls the switching operation so that the phase of the fifth harmonic with respect to the fundamental wave included in the input current (is) is in the range of 90° to 270°, inclusive, under the maximum condition of the air conditioning device and an amplitude ratio that is the value of (the amplitude of the fifth harmonic)/(the amplitude of a fundamental wave component) becomes smaller than the amplitude ratio under the rated condition of the air conditioning device.
