Abstract:
An air-conditioning device comprising: an outdoor unit having a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger; an indoor unit having a first indoor heat exchanger and a second indoor heat exchanger; an expansion valve provided to the outdoor unit or the indoor unit; a refrigerant circuit in which the compressor, the outdoor heat exchanger, the expansion valve, the first indoor heat exchanger, and the second indoor heat exchanger are sequentially connected by piping; and a controller for controlling the opening degree of the expansion valve. The first indoor heat exchanger and the second indoor heat exchanger are positioned on an airflow path through which air taken into the indoor unit passes so that the second indoor heat exchanger is on the upstream side of the first indoor heat exchanger. The controller controls switching between normal dehumidification operation, in which the expansion valve is controlled so that the amount of heat exchanged by the second indoor heat exchanger is greater than the amount of heat exchanged by the first indoor heat exchanger, and low-load dehumidification operation, in which the expansion valve is controlled so that the amount of heat exchanged by the second indoor heat exchanger is equal to or lower than the amount of heat exchanged by the first indoor heat exchanger.
