This air conditioning device (1) comprises: a humidity control element (20) having an adsorption member (22) for adsorbing moisture in the air; an air-conditioning element (5) having a compressor (12), a heat source heat-exchanger (14), and a use heat-exchanger (34) connected therein, and having a refrigeration circuit (R) for carrying out a refrigeration cycle; and a heat-using part (70) that supplies heat from the air-conditioning element (5) to the adsorption member (22).
