Abstract:
An air-conditioning-duct air purifier 1 attached to an air-conditioning duct 2, wherein: the air-conditioning-duct air purifier 1 comprises a photocatalyst filter 332 on which a photocatalyst is supported, a catalytic-activity light source 34 that irradiates the photocatalyst filter 332 with ultraviolet light that activates the photocatalyst, and an inactivation light source 35 that irradiates with photocatalyst filter 332 with ultraviolet light having a shorter wavelength than that of the ultraviolet light from the catalytic-activity light source 34; the photocatalyst filter 332 is provided so as to be parallel or inclined with respect to the extension direction of the air-conditioning duct 2; and a bypass flow path 37 that allows air to pass therethrough without passing through the photocatalyst filter 33 is present between the photocatalyst filter 332 and the inner surface of the air-conditioning duct 2.
