Abstract:
An air conditioning interface device (13) that is connected to a central monitoring device (11) and air conditioning equipment (15) comprising a plurality of air conditioning units (21) and a plurality of remote controllers (23), and relays a signal between the central monitoring device (11) and the air conditioning equipment (15), said air conditioning interface device comprising a controlling unit (43) which switches between a central monitoring device instruction priority mode and a temporary cancellation mode on the basis of a condition, said central monitoring device instruction priority mode being a mode in which the plurality of air conditioning units (21) are operated on the basis of instructions from the central monitoring device (11), and said temporary cancellation mode being a mode in which the central monitoring device instruction priority mode is temporarily canceled and the plurality of air conditioning units (21) are operated on the basis of instructions from the remote controller (23). When the controlling unit (43) switches the operating mode from the temporary cancellation mode to the central monitoring device instruction priority mode, the signals containing instructions from the remote controllers (23) are discarded and the plurality of air conditioning units (21) are operated on the basis of signals containing instructions from the central monitoring device (11) that were received before the switch to the central monitoring device instruction priority mode.
