Abstract:
An air conditioning management device comprises: a power usage acquiring unit to acquire the overall power usage for one day and the individual power usage for each of a plurality of air conditioning areas; an overall excess coefficient calculating unit to calculate an overall excess coefficient indicating the degree of excess from an overall target value by month; an individual excess coefficient calculating unit to calculate an individual excess coefficient indicating the degree of excess from an individual target value by month; an excess determining unit to determine whether the overall excess coefficient is greater than a set threshold value; an energy conservation control setting unit to set energy conservation control conditions for each of the plurality of air conditioning areas so that effect of energy conservation is greater for the larger individual excess coefficient values when the overall excess coefficient has been determined to be greater than the set threshold value; and an operation controlling unit to execute energy conservation operation for an air conditioning device on the basis of the energy conservation control condition.
