Abstract:
An air conditioning management device for managing an air conditioner comprises: an obtaining means for obtaining an output value indicative of an operation result of a preset device from among a plurality of devices constituting the air conditioner; a cost estimating means for estimating a total cost for after the output value is obtained that includes an operation cost of the air conditioner and a renewal cost on the basis of the output value obtained by the obtaining means and an output value of the device predicted from a preset operation model for the air conditioner; and an outputting means for outputting information relating to the total cost for after the output value is obtained estimated by the cost estimating means.
