Abstract:
Proposed is a setting for air conditioning equipment which minimizes variation in the air conditioning environment experienced by users of a plurality of spaces in which the air conditioning equipment is disposed. The present invention includes: a thermal-sensation data reception unit (11) for receiving data relating to the thermal sensations experienced by a user, said data being transmitted from an individual terminal (40); an aggregating unit (12) for aggregating thermal-sensation data received within a prescribed period and calculating a report rate, a discomfort report rate, and a thermal-sensation trend index for individual rooms (4); a discomfort-level-setting unit (14) for setting the discomfort level in each of the rooms on the basis of the aggregation result; a reference-level-setting unit (15) for setting a reference level for equalizing the inter-room discomfort level; a setting-change-information-generation unit (16) for generating setting change information for controlling the air conditioning equipment such that the discomfort levels in each of the rooms are equalized in accordance with the difference between the reference level and the discomfort levels in each of the rooms; and a setting-change-information provision unit (17) for transmitting the setting change information to a manager terminal (30).
