Abstract:
In the present invention an air conditioner (2) is equipped with a camera for imaging a drain pan inside the air conditioner (2). An air-conditioning management device (3) acquires from the air conditioner (2) photographic image information showing an image of the drain pan imaged by the air conditioner (2). The air-conditioning management device (3) compares the photographic image information and reference image information showing a photographic image of a reference drain pan, and calculates a degree of contamination. The air-conditioning management device (3) transmits to a monitoring terminal (4) information such as the photographic information and information indicating a degree of contamination for use in monitoring the drain pan.
