Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an air conditioning method and an air conditioning system which enable, while posing a lower risk of infection with an infectious disease, air conditioning of a space to be air-conditioned such as an indoor space, which can accommodate many people and has relatively high air tightness, such as a railway vehicle, a ship, a hospital, a cinema, or a theater hall. [Solution] Provided is an air conditioning method in which air for ventilation is obtained by mixing fresh air for ventilation taken in from the outside and purified air for recirculation obtained by causing a part of the air, existing in a space to be air-conditioned, to be processed by means of a filter and/or an adhesion agent or to be irradiated with ultraviolet light, and the obtained air for ventilation is supplied into the space to be air-conditioned, the method comprising: heating or cooling at least one selected from the fresh air for ventilation, the purified air for recirculation, and the air for ventilation; and performing temperature control and ventilation in the space to be air-conditioned.
