[Problem] To provide an air conditioning outlet and an energy-saving air conditioning system using the same capable of achieving uniform room temperatures effectively while conserving energy. [Solution] The invention comprises: a frame fixed by fitting in a ceiling material, and opened on the room-side connecting, via a duct, to a branching duct that is a discharge opening for air conditioned air from an air conditioner; a cover, comprising an opening, fitted into the frame; and a ventilator comprising a fin accommodated in the cover and rotated by a fan motor. The invention is provided with a space between the fin and the frame and between the frame and the cover. The air conditioning outlet configuration is characterized in that the fan motor is rotated so as to draw in air conditioned air from the air conditioner and interior returned air from the space, mix the air conditioned air and the interior returned air with the fin, and blow the same as mixed air into the room through the cover opening, thus making room temperature uniform.
