The present disclosure relates to an air conditioning pipeline and an air conditioner, which are used for solving the problem of the mounting of an air conditioning pipeline being complex. The air conditioning pipeline comprises a pipe body, wherein a flow channel for a refrigerant to flow is formed on an inner side of a wall of the pipe body; and the wall of the pipe body is internally provided with at least one cavity configured for a power transmission line of the air conditioner to pass therethrough. According to the present disclosure, the flow channel for the refrigerant to flow therethrough is formed on the inner side of the wall of the pipe body, and the wall of the pipe body is provided with the cavity configured for the power transmission line of the air conditioner to pass therethrough. Thus, by means of the air conditioning pipeline, not only can the refrigerant be transmitted, but also power can be transmitted, same is easy to mount, the cost of connecting an indoor unit of the air conditioner to an outdoor unit of same is saved on, same is simple in terms of manufacturing process, and same is easy to realize.
