Abstract:
An air conditioning system for air-conditioning the cabin of a mobile object (2) is provided with: an air conditioning device (10) that blows air into the cabin; a device state detection unit (21) that detects device state information related to an operation state of the air conditioning device; and an abnormality diagnosing apparatus (30) that diagnoses presence or absence of abnormality in the air conditioning device. The abnormality diagnosing apparatus has: an information acquisition unit (31) that acquires the device state information and location identifying information for identifying the location of a passenger in the cabin of the mobile object in which the passenger is riding; and a diagnosing unit (33) that diagnoses presence or absence of abnormality in the air conditioning device using the device state information and the location identifying information.
