Abstract:
This air conditioning management unit has: a priority calculating section for calculating priority of a reserved room on the basis of the intended purpose of rooms managed by a reservation management unit; an operation mode-setting section for setting, on the basis of the priority of a reserved room as calculated by the priority calculating section, an energy-saving operation mode of an air conditioner installed in the reserved room; and a machine control section for controlling the air conditioner in such a manner that an operation is carried out under the energy-saving operation mode set by the operation mode-setting section.
