An air conditioning system, an air conditioner, and an air conditioning method. The air conditioning system comprises an indoor heat exchanger, a throttling means (4), and an outdoor heat exchanger (6) that are connected in sequence. The indoor heat exchanger and the outdoor heat exchanger (6) are both connected to a compressor (9) by means of a four-way valve (7). A heat exchanger (3) is connected between the throttling means (4) and the indoor heat exchanger, and the outdoor heat exchanger (6) is connected to the four-way valve (7) by means of the heat exchanger (3). Heat energy in a refrigerant discharged from the indoor heat exchanger can be recycled by means of heat exchange between the refrigerant discharged from the indoor heat exchanger and a refrigerant discharged from the outdoor heat exchanger (6). By increasing the temperature of the refrigerant discharged from the outdoor heat exchanger (6) while the refrigerant discharged from the indoor heat exchanger is undercooled, the temperature of return air of the compressor (9) is increased, so that the air exhaust temperature of the compressor (9) is increased, optimizing the overall heating capacity of the air conditioner.
