Abstract:
This air conditioning system includes: an air conditioner having a plurality of indoor units; a plurality of temperature detecting means for detecting the temperatures of respective zones among a plurality of zones demarcated in correspondence with positions of the plurality of indoor units in space to be air conditioned; a person detecting means for detecting, for each of the plurality of zones, whether the zone is a manned zone where a person is present, or an unmanned zone where no person is present; and a control device which causes the indoor unit in the manned zone to perform a cooling operation or a heating operation such that the temperature detected by the temperature detecting means in the manned zone becomes a set temperature, wherein the control device causes the indoor unit in the unmanned zone among the plurality of zones to perform an air blowing operation, and determines the air volume of the indoor unit in the unmanned zone on the basis of the air volume of the indoor unit in the manned zone.
