Abstract:
The present invention addresses the problem of improving the overall efficiency of an air-conditioning system in which multiple indoor units are arranged in the same indoor space. In the present invention multiple indoor units, the set temperature of which can be set individually and each of which includes an indoor heat exchanger (42, 52, 62), are arranged in the same indoor space. An outdoor unit (20) includes an outdoor heat exchanger (23) that exchanges heat with a refrigerant circulating in the multiple indoor heat exchangers (42, 52, 62). Indoor-side control devices (47, 57, 67) use a thermo-on condition (which has been preset in accordance with the set temperature) to cause each of the indoor units to control the temperature in the same indoor space, and the thermo-on condition for an indoor unit in the thermo-off state is relaxed when a prescribed condition is satisfied and some of the indoor units are in the thermo-on state while some are in the thermo-off state.
